Custom & Personalized Items

Because our products are custom-made specifically for you, all personalized items are final sale. This includes apparel, mugs, tumblers, promotional items, and party favors.

We encourage you to double-check all details (spelling, sizes, colors, and designs) before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We’re happy to help with changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production hasn’t started.

Once your order is in production, we’re unable to cancel or refund it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered!

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Send us a few clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit

Our Mistake

If we made an error with your order (wrong item, size, or design), we’ll fix it at no extra cost to you.

Design & Color Notes

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing methods.

Small variations are normal and part of the custom process.

Shipping Information

While we do our best to ship orders on time, MBZ Creations is not responsible for carrier delays. Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds.
